The Company has established an ICAAP which is documented in an annual ICAAP Report in accordance with Article 34 of the Law 97(I)/2021, Section 104(2) of the Law and Section 68 of the revoked Investment Services Law.
Under an Investment Services Contract (the “Contract”) with the Trust, Barings agrees to use its best efforts to present to the Trust a continuing and suitable investment program consistent with the investment objectives and policies of the Trust.
The Company qualifies as a ‘Maltese UCITS’ in terms of the Investment Services Act (Marketing of UCITS) Regulations (S.L. 370.18, Laws of Malta).
